Including the 3 DALnet new service's commands
(WEBPASSWD, SENDPASS, MAILBLOCK)

Introduction :
ChanServ (on DALnet) gives normal users the ability to keep hold of a channel, without the need for a bot. Unlike other IRC networks, channel takeovers are virtually impossible, when they are registered.Registration is a quick and painless process. Once registered, the founder can maintain complete and total control of the channel. ChanServ will stop monitoring a channel if no Op enters the channel for 30 days or the founder's nick expires.

Rq: For more information, type this in a mIRC's window /ChanServ help "command", replace the word 'Command' with the name of one of the command listed below !!!

The description is only used when a user asks ChanServ for information on a channel, and you make this up also.

Examples : /ChanServ SET #Macintosh IDENT ON
Return to the ChanServ command list

TOPICLOCK
Usage : SET "channel" TOPICLOCK [FOUNDER|SOP|OFF]

Examples : /ChanServ SET #DragonRealm TOPICLOCK SOP
Return to the ChanServ command list

LEAVEOPS
Usage : SET "channel" LEAVEOPS [ON|OFF]
To know : If set ON, this setting will prevent services from de-opping the first user that joins an empty channel. If set OFF (default), the first user to join an empty channel (that is not an AOp/SOp/Founder) will be de-opped.
